MBRC has enlisted Anne Guzman to hold a Sports Nutrition Clinic/Seminar .
The presentation is approx 1 hour long and there will be a Q & A afterward

Tuesday November 1st at 7:00pm and the cost will be $20 at the door Cash Only
Meadowvale Community Centre in the "Timothy Street Room"
